These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to, and use of the website and professional services offered under the brand name HubCentrik, operated by GrowthCentrik LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
HubCentrik is the brand name of GrowthCentrik LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in India. GrowthCentrik LLP is the legal entity responsible for service delivery, contractual obligations, invoicing, compliance, and legal accountability. HubCentrik operates independently and is not owned, operated, endorsed, or controlled by HubSpot.
Services include HubSpot onboarding, implementation, customization, integrations, optimization, enablement, strategic consulting, and related marketing services. Services are delivered pursuant to written proposals, statements of work, order forms, or service agreements.
All services are advisory and configuration-based in nature. No guarantees are provided regarding business outcomes including leads, revenue, conversions, growth metrics, or platform performance.
Clients shall provide accurate information, grant required system access, ensure lawful ownership of data, maintain credential confidentiality, and comply with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
Fees are defined in applicable agreements or invoices and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it solely for fulfilling contractual obligations. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
Services may involve HubSpot and other integrated tools. HubCentrik is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or platform limitations.
GrowthCentrik LLP processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthCentrik LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid.
Clients agree to indemnify GrowthCentrik LLP against claims arising from misuse of services, unlawful data use, or breach of these Terms.
Either party may terminate with written notice. All completed work up to termination remains payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Arbitration shall take place in Uttar Pradesh, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
GrowthCentrik LLP may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
